Are you noticing that your feelings are having a negative impact on your daily life, work, or relationships? Does it feel frustrating to feel unheard and misunderstood when sharing with others how you are feeling? Are you having a difficult time feeling validated, heard, seen, and understood by your partner? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then let’s talk.

I specialize in working with a wide range of individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and adults addressing various challenges such as maladaptive communication, relationship issues, anxious thoughts and feelings, significant sadness, depressive symptoms, trauma, and domestic violence. If you’re struggling to cope with any of these situations, I can help you navigate your feelings and offer a path forward. My approach includes helping clients work through conflict resolution and improving overall well-being.

If you are feeling in crisis and looking for support, my experience working with survivors of domestic violence equips me to assist you with your unique situation. I assist clients to improve their level of autonomy, identify underlying feelings that keep them stuck, establish safety plans, and increase your support system.

I provide an empathetic and supportive atmosphere, creating a comfortable and non-judgmental space for all clients. Sessions with me feel collaborative, allowing clients to express themselves openly while working towards their chosen goals.

In therapy, I employ Person-Centered therapy, Gestalt therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This approach to treatment allows me to adjust my techniques according to each client’s unique situation.

If you’re ready to get started, I always offer a 15-min consultation to see if we are a good fit. I’d love to help you or a member of your family get the help they need to live better.

Striving to be 1% better everyday.
